What documents do I need?

You need a valid Mauritian National ID (NID) and a Certificate of Morality (Certificat de Moralité). Both are uploaded during registration and reviewed by our admin team within 24 hours.
How do I get paid?

Payment is made directly by the family — via cash or MCB Juice — at the end of each session. The platform calculates the total automatically based on your check-in and check-out times and generates a payslip instantly.
Can I work for multiple families at the same time?

Yes. You can accept bookings from as many families as your schedule allows. Each family has a separate booking record and payslip history in your dashboard.
What if I need to decline a request?

You can accept or decline any booking request freely. There is no penalty for declining — your availability and preferences are always respected.
Is my personal information visible to parents?

Only parents with an active subscription can see your phone number. Your National ID and morality certificate are never shown to parents — they are for admin verification only. Your profile shows only your name, location, availability, and rate.
How long does verification take?

Our admin team reviews all documents within 24 hours on business days. Once verified, your profile goes live and becomes visible to parents searching in your area.
Can I update my availability or rate at any time?

Yes. You can edit your full profile — including availability schedule, hourly rate, skills, and languages — at any time from your account dashboard.
